Restoration

If you’ve had a sinkhole problem, the first step is any necessary foundation repair.  Once the
foundation work is done, it’s time to begin restoring the appearance of your home to pre-loss condition.

Neumann Construction is a full service restoration company. With our extensive background in the construction industry, we can handle every aspect of your repairs from start to finish.  You will receive the same professional service provided by our affiliate company C & N Foundation Technologies.

Once stabilization is complete and the recommended waiting period has passed, one of our highly qualified estimators will visibly inspect your home and determine the specific damages related to sinkhole activity. We will gather the required measurements, details, and pictures to prepare an accurate estimate for repair or replacement of areas affected. We will then work together with you and your Insurance Adjuster to receive approval for the repairs.

After approval is received, you will be assigned a qualified Superintendent who will rapidly schedule and coordinate repairs, from start to finish. During the repair process your superintendent will remain in close contact with you on a regular schedule to answer any questions that you may have.

Once repairs are complete Neumann Construction will initiate a "Final Walk".  At this time all repairs are inspected to ensure they meet the exceptional QUALITY standards required by Neumann Construction. You will then be issued a builder’s warranty, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year.
